IQC — in partnership with PEN and WCPE — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, August 21: “Empathy in Action: Transforming Intentions into Impact.” The session will be facilitated by Jennifer Meyers of Lakeland Care Plus.
This session is designed to enhance the empathy skills of professionals. Participants will learn the importance of empathy in providing high-quality service, and how to apply empathetic communication techniques to improving interactions and outcomes. The session will include practical exercises, case studies, and interactive discussions to reinforce learning and encourage the application of empathetic practices in daily work.
