Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Training course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full.
  • In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training submit an email request to iqc@iowaqc.org.
  • Refund Policy after submitting in writing:
      • Within 21 days, we will refund your registration fee less 10% for processing.
      • With 14-20 days notice, we will refund your registration fee less 50% for processing.
      • With <14 days,  we will apply 30% of your registration to the next session or another class if that class is taken within 90 days.
      • No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.

Cancellation by IQC

  • IQC reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or apply your registration fees to another class.
  • IQC is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
  • If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, we will reschedule you for the next session of the specific training course.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register for an event, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to being added to our mailing list.  On our mailing list you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, promotions, etc. However, you may opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your emails.

Private information Security:

For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your payment details are not stored on our servers.
