Biography
Tammy Krings has been studying people her whole life and has spent her entire career connecting the value of each person to the work they do in the world. Especially leaders and their responsibility and opportunity to impact their people. She founded The Conversations That Matter 15 years ago on the simple premise that most people stop short of having that breakthrough conversation — saying what needs to be said and transforming their workplace relationships – and become stronger leaders and teams.
Today, Tammy will take us through a model that reinforces the need for leaders to get back to the basics: truly connecting and being in dialogue & discovery with their people. Tammy is a Master Facilitator and a Certified Executive Coach who has worked with thousands of leaders to identify what is uniquely theirs to provide to the world coaching them on vital leadership skills, how to communicate with greater clarity, and guiding them to fully recognize the responsibility they have as a leader. As a long-time PEN partner, we are excited to have Tammy share her work on an important and timely topic – Leadership is a Conversation.
