Sustained organizational success requires having an engaged workforce that benefits from meaningful work, clear organizational direction, the opportunity to learn, and accountability for performance. The simple truth is: engaged workers leads to satisfied, engaged customers. But today — with work environments continuing to evolve and employees’ needs and expectations shifting — how do organizations stimulate emotional and intellectual commitment with their people to accomplishing work, advancing mission, and achieving vision? What are some good approaches to increase employee engagement?

IQC — in partnership with PEN and WCPE — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, February 6: “Unlocking the Power of Employee Engagement”. The discussion will feature three speakers, each from different sectors and each sharing methods, tools, and best practices that can enhance employee engagement.

Angie Nalezny, Director of Human Resources for Washington County, will share the County’s three-year employee engagement survey process, exploring what has worked best for the County and the importance of communication and action plans.

Melissa Jurgensmeier, Vice President of HR at Ortho Molecular Products, will share OMPI’s approach to using Gallup to determine and increase engagement levels.

Beth Elliott, Owner & Lead Untangler at Tangled Rabbit, will explore best practices in shaping a culture that promotes high levels of workforce engagement.

Organizations with high levels of workforce engagement are often characterized by high-performance work environments in which people are motivated to do their utmost for the customers’ benefit and the organization’s success. Come explore ways to enhance your team’s engagement.

This session is Thursday, Feb 6 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional networking and mingling 7:45-8:00) using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.

Can’t make it live but interested in the content? Register anyway: all registered attendees get a link to the recording after the session!
