Light Manufacturing Partner Webinar

Right here in Eastern Iowa there is a program designed to get potential employees ready to go for the light manufacturing and assembly environment. They are taught typical tasks associated with assembly and light manufacturing work as well as some core skills such as taking measurements, reading a print, work instructions, introduction to both ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing. This Program is through Goodwill of the Heartland. They want to partner up with Iowa companies to help fill the need for reliable and trained operators.
