Learning has been described as gaining new knowledge or skills through experience, innovation and reflection.  Building an organization built on learning allows teams to embed learning inside the organization to move the organization forward.  Organizational Learning comes from evaluation, improvement, gaining new and sharing information and furthering individual, team and organizational growth.

During this workshop, we will explore the five key elements of organizational learning and the benefits of shifting towards a learning organization.

At this workshop attendees will:

·         Discover the benefits of having a learning organization
