White Belt Training
During our White Belt session, participants will understand the foundation of DMAIC and why an organization desires to be on a journey of continuous improvement. Each participant will learn basic tools and techniques and walk away energized about making improvements.
Yellow Belt Training
Yellow Belt is focused on basic tools and techniques for problem-solving, project management, CI and how these fit into a consistent framework that delivers results. The 2-day training is focused on application in a learning simulation to apply the knowledge gained. The 3-5-day version includes team(s) executing a project that they will present/implement solutions to real organizational focal points.
Green Belt Training
During this session individuals will learn the 5-phase process of the DMAIC Way™ while working through an improvement project for their organization. The participants will learn intermediate tools and skills as well as how to lead a team to accomplish a project. This is a learn-by-doing type of course that includes coaching after the class to support the individual through the project to obtain certification.
Black Belt Training
Learn advanced improvement tools, statistical analysis, coaching, program management during this 6-day course. Our focus will be to build on your green belt knowledge as you take on larger scoped projects, coach other belts, build a Six Sigma program and more. This course includes a statistical software license and requires you to have taken Green Belt previously.
Does your team want to understand how to lead improvement and champion improvement projects? This session is focused on the key steps DMAIC belts use, the role of the champion in DMAIC/Six Sigma projects, ending with an activity that identifies potential projects to quickly lead to bottom-line results to gain momentum.
