This two-day workshop will provide participants a combination of learning experiences with emphasis on learning through activities that teach quality tools and the application of those tools within a nine-step problem solving method. The nine-step problem-solving method is designed to support continuous improvement in organizations. As part of the training experience, as a team, participants will complete and present a storyboard showing their work and how they applied the learning.
This course is for organizations who are considering starting a journey in continuous improvement (CI). This session, introduces Lean and allows the participants to experience lean thinking, and uncover how it could fit within their organization.
This interactive course immerses participants in a learning lab where they apply lean thinking to improve the flow of product and information. This learn by doing methodology provides the participants hands on experience they can take back and begin to improve their organization.
The facilitation of a one day or multiple day Kaizen (CI) events would be customized to an organization’s need for an Experienced Facilitator to lead the event with a cross-functional team from their organization with a focus on a specific process or Value Stream. The facilitation includes Pre-Event Planning, Current State, Future State and the Report Out to Leaders and Employees impacted by the findings of the Kaizen event.
Lean Master Series
This learning series provides the foundation and advancement for the individual who wants to lead lean within their organization. During this series you will be partnered with one of our facilitators to establish and build on a foundation of lean thinking, leadership, coaching, program management, all designed to allow you to create a lean culture within your organization.

Value Stream Mapping
We will explore the techniques of value stream mapping (VSM) to build your current and future state maps. Participants will apply the skills learned to build their own VSM current and future state draft maps that they can take with them to jump start their improvement.
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Do you want to understand your processes better? Have a desire to implement control charts in your organization? This workshop will focus on understanding the power of control charts, how you can use them and gain insight on moving the needle for your organization. This session includes a statistical software license for each participant.
Design of Experiments (DOE)
Have you ever been faced with wanting to improve a process, product, or market, but there a lot of variables that you need to look at? You want to work on it, but how do you get started with managing the many factors involved. This course will teach one of the more powerful statistical tools used in design and process optimization: Design of Experiments (DOE). This session includes a statistical software license for each participant.
Using Statistical Analysis
We will cover many of the typical statistical methods used with both “attribute” and “variable” data. The course will also show participants how to use statistics to understand their processes and data better. This session includes a statistical software license for each participant.
Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
Are you using inspection method and testing tools but are concerned about the accuracy and effectiveness of the methods you are using? If you are (even if you are not), then you will want to attend this course. In Measurement System Analysis (MSA) you will learn about the importance of accurate data in a data-driven decision making environment, and how to ensure you have accurate data. This session includes a statistical software license for each participant.
Quick Changeover / Single Minute Exchange of Dies (QCO/SMED)
Does your operation consume a lot of time and experience significant costs in shifting from producing one product, or providing a service, to another? Is your operation capacity constrained due to the amount of time it takes to changeover? If you are, then you will want to consider Quick Changeover (QCO) and Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) Methodologies. Pioneered by Dr. Shigeo Shingo and popularized by Toyota, QCO and SMED are -methods to gaining capacity, capability, and improved customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement 101 for Teams
This 1-day workshop will introduce your team to the basics of continuous improvement including the principles of Lean AND give you a chance to apply your learning to one of your processes.
