The Senior Operational Risk Auditor performs complex operational risk and/or management audits and analyses within the manufacturing environment and other designated areas of the organization to identify, resolve, and/or recommend solutions to multi-layered risk management problems.  This position will play an active role in Kemin’s risk management and internal audit functions. Candidates are expected to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for process improvement, and a commitment to high quality, timely results. The Senior Operational Risk Auditor prepares and reviews reports to communicate audit results and propose recommendations to minimize risk associated with business interruption and errors and omissions in production, supply chain, and associated system failures.  This position reports to the Director-WW Internal Audit. While the position is based in Des Moines, Iowa, there will be periodic travel to various locations within Kemin's Worldwide markets, such as Singapore, China, India and Brazil. Possible relocation to Kemin offices in Europe or Asia is available.
