This 2-week class is designed for six sigma project team leaders. Students will learn: Advanced Statistical Analysis, DOE Techniques, Team Facilitation, to drive the DMAIC process, Lean Enterprise Concepts and data analysis the Minitab software.

Six Sigma for Leaders: Tools, Techniques, and Case Studies to Help You Successfully Manage Your Company’s Six Sigma Initiative
Engaged participation by leadership is essential for the success of any Six Sigma initiative. Many organizations lack the level required for breakthrough achievements. In this highly interactive workshop, participants will learn the basics of Six Sigma, why and how they should put them into practice, and how best to navigate the deployment initiative. Special emphasis will be given to the Fundamentals of Change Management.
