TPS organizes manufacturing and logistics for the automobile manufacturer, including interaction with suppliers and customers.
This class is designed for all six sigma project Team Members. Students will learn: Intermediate statistical analysis techniques; How to work together in teams; The DMAIC Process; and How to create and present solutions for management buy-in and support.

Using a blended learning approach, students will complete a simple project, assigned by their organization to reinforce the use of the statistical tools applied directly to their workplace.
