This two-day workshop will provide participants a combination of learning experiences with emphasis on learning through activities that teach quality tools and the application of those tools within a nine step problem solving method. The nine step problem-solving method is based on the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) cycle of W. Edwards Deming and is a method designed to support continuous improvement in organizations. As part of the training experience, as a team participants will complete and present a storyboard showing their work and how they used the tools. Please note: The content and length of this workshop can be easily customized to your organization.
