Cargill Corn Milling recently received the 2008 National Baldrige Award. The national Baldrige process requires that organizations address seven categories of leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, workforce engagement, process management, knowledge management and measurement, and results. Winners must show systematic approaches throughout the organization. We are fortunate to have a national winning organization in our back yard.
