This one-day class will focus on the tools and techniques your organization can use to better understand the Baldrige Criteria and Framework as a management system and to write an application report that will address the Baldrige Criteria. Participants will understand what the IRPE/Baldrige Examiners are looking for in an application and how to organize the right people in their organization to complete an application report for any level of the IRPE Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3.
Learning Outcomes You will receive tips, tools, techniques, samples, and a start to finish process that will lead to a completed application or an internal assessment based on the Baldrige Criteria/Framework. At the completion of this workshop you will have a step-by-step method for mobilizing your organization to 1) fully address the criteria requirements, and 2) prepare an award application.
Who Should Attend? Anyone interested in applying the Baldrige Criteria as a leadership tool in their organziation or in writing an application for Baldrige/IRPE. Participants could include anyone connected with an application writing project team: senior management champions, project team leaders, or team members.
