The objective of this one-day class is to provide participants with an understanding of measurement as a management tool for communicating and deploying the vision of an organization. Using a Balanced Scorecard is a proven method of aligning an organization to accomplish its vision and become high performing. The participants will learn a structured approach for creating a Balanced Scorecard and a plan for sustaining it.
