The mission of the Jones County Industrial Roundtable is to help promote an environment for Jones County business leaders to network and learn about quality, continuous improvement and important issues facinmg organizations and citizens in the county.

The Lean Six Sigma network purpose is to create an opportunity for those that practice Lean, Six Sigma and other improvement philosophies to share their knowledge; and for those that are considering the methodologies to learn through questioning and relationships with practitioners.

They work in teams to evaluate an assigned organization and provide a feedback report to help that organization become world class.

The systems thinking study group is designed to engage participants in discussions about socio-cultural systems methodology as proposed by Gharajedaghi and work through practical applications of the methodology. The group is open to any and all and is structured to manage a changing array of participants and interests.
