Our facilitation services include:

- Strategic planning:	IQC can facilitate a meeting on strategic planning, help you create a strategic plan, and link your plan to objective measures.
- Lean:	IQC provides training on Lean tools and concepts and can help your organization work through a Lean project.
- Measurements:	Learn how to create and use a balanced scorecard; select appropriate process measures; and connect strategic planning to objectives, measures, and results through the use of quality tools.
- Organizational Development:	IQC can provide expertise on the topics of leadership and teamwork. Other organizational development services include training on problem-solving techniques through the use of simulations or actual projects to gain hands-on experience with problem-solving tools and methods and how to apply them.
