The Workplace Lean program moves Lean from the production floor to the administrative areas of the office and is now fully developed and ready for delivery through the Iowa Quality Center and Iowa's Community College System.

This program, which is built around a systematic approach to Lean, has trainers/consultants ready to provide the initial training as well as implementation assistance as needed by your organization. The program offers a variety of training options that can be tailored to fit the needs of your organization including an office simulation or the option of analyzing one of your own processes as part of the training.
