This one-day class will provide your organization with the skills, tools, and techniques to perform an internal assessment using the Baldrige Criteria as an assessment framework. Participants will learn to use the Iowa Quality Center/Langford International, Baldrige "Capacity Matrix" to assess their organization and develop an action plan for improvement.

Learning Outcomes: Demonstrate an understanding of the Baldrige Criteria requirements. Demonstrate the use of the "Capacity Matrix" to assess an organization to identify strengths, opportunities for improvement, and progress toward performance excellence. Prepare a Baldrige Criteria based assessment plan. Understand a scoring process to monitor improvement. Realization of the alignment of the Baldrige process within your organization.
